Due to the City of Tucson establishment business licensing requirements, I am unable to charge for studio sessions until July 2025.

However, starting in April I will be looking for volunteers to practice various techniques on. Please reach out if you are interested.

I’ve crafted this style of massage that blends Swedish, Deep, and Thai elements based on your unique needs. Pressure options range from light to deep.
The gateway drug to massage therapy. Flowy, nurturing, and relaxing. Pressure options range from light to medium.
The style I practice is the Lauterstein Method, utilizing elements of structural integration, myofascial release and zero balancing for a deep effect. Very little cream (lotion) is used. This isn’t traditional deep tissue, as it emphasizes quality over quantity. The nervous system is Queen, and this modality allows for an inside-out instead of an outside-in approach, understanding that change starts with the down-regulation of the nervous system.

MLD is done very lightly, without lotion, to move lymph. This is a very specific modality. Please click here for indications and conditions that respond well to this type of work.
For those who do not want to undress but want to feel “worked on”. Palm, thumb, elbow and forearm pressure utilized with or without stretching techniques. Thai inspired. Dress comfortably.
This is a good option for those who want a particular area addressed but don’t need or want a full body massage. $45 per 30 min session
