Indications for MLD
A specific condition does not need to be present to benefit from MLD. This modality is very light and can be utilized to calm the nervous system for a deeper level of relaxation, easing anxiety and aiding in stress reduction. This is a great option if massage in general is painful. MLD is also supportive of the immune system as it moves lymph and clears areas of stagnation.
If you’re looking to book a traditional massage (a Deep, or Mindful Integrative session) and would like to add a short MLD sequence into the session, select one of those modalities and “add” MLD upon scheduling.
