it’s not work, it’s a purpose

My massage therapy training began at the Lauterstein-Conway Massage School in Austin, Texas, in 2006, and I've been continuously developing my skills ever since

For nearly 18 years, I've cultivated a thriving massage practice built on strong client relationships. My experience includes nearly a decade providing chair massage for the City of Austin, as well as seven years successfully managing a co-working space for alternative practitioners.

More recently, I've focused on the clinical aspects of massage therapy to address musculoskeletal and chronic pain conditions. I am also working towards specializing in oncology massage to provide comfort and support to individuals undergoing cancer treatment.

I am excited to bring my expertise to Tucson, Arizona, where I now reside with my husband.

This is especially crucial for certain conditions like heart failure, kidney disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, lymphedema, or cancer. Certain conditions may require a doctor’s clearance before being treated for massage therapy.
