What can I expect?
You can expect a warm and nurturing environment, free of judgement. If this is your first massage, we will start by going over your intake form, any medical conditions you may have, and session planning. I will ask you about your goals for the session (if any).
To ensure a comfortable experience for all clients, we kindly request that you arrive clean and free of strong fragrances.
Please arrive at least 15 mins prior to appointment time.
I’m allergic to nuts - what are my oil/lotion options?
I can use jojoba, which is a seed “oil” and is non pore clogging and non allergenic.

Do I need to get naked?
You can undress to your level of comfort. Some people leave their underwear on, which is completely OK. You will be draped and only the area being addressed will be uncovered.
Clothed massage is also an option!
There are some instances where it’s important to make contact with skin, but those are rare and unless it’s Manual Lymphatic Drainage, there is usually a workaround.
Am I required to tip?
No. While appreciated, it is not necessary. My pricing reflects the most accurate compensation for my services.
Do you accept medical insurance?
I can accept HSA/FSA cards with a medical referral or prescription.
IF your insurance plan covers massage, you have a medically necessary reason, and have out of network benefits I may be able to work with you. Please contact me for an inquiry.
