Targeted sessions
That cranky shoulder or that hitch in your step – you know what I mean. When something specific is bothering you, spending a whole hour on areas that feel fine probably isn't your priority. Your time and money are valuable, and I get that - mine is too.
While it’s beneficial to address the whole person, when it comes to addressing a particular area that’s bugging you, my motto is: the more frequent, the better. Think 2-3 times a week until that stiffness or pain starts to ease up. Because, let's be real, frequent hour-long sessions aren't practical for most folks. Targeted, focused work might be just the ticket, which is why I’ve added it to my list of services.
